Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Operations:

  • Manage daily kitchen activities, including staff assignments and production schedules.
  • Oversee the preparation and baking of cookies and cakes to maintain consistency and quality.

Team Leadership:

  • Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to CookieDo’s standards.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding new kitchen team members.

Inventory & Quality Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and final products.

Cleanliness & Organization:

  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure equipment is well-maintained.

Training & Development:

  • Stay updated on new baking trends and techniques.
  • Lead training sessions to continuously improve the team’s skills and knowledge.
  • Previous experience as a kitchen manager or in a leadership role in a bakery or restaurant.
  • Strong baking knowledge and ability to manage kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
