- Ensure consistency in the quality, taste, and appearance of all baked goods.
- Regularly check ingredient freshness and manage inventory.
- Cleanliness & Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ensure all baking tools and equipment are cleaned and properly maintained.
- Cleanliness and Organization:
